Carts are items that you can buy at a Transport Fair or Cart Shop in a town. You can attach these to any animals you have other than a camel to increase it's hauling capacity, however each cart also has weight and a maximum weight capacity.

Caravaneer Cart Capacities[]
The total carrying capacity of an animal with cart is the smaller of either a) the cart's maximum capacity, or b) (animal's capacity) * (cart capacity multiplier) - (cart weight). The following table summarizes the calculations, with the most efficient cart for the each animal highlighted in bold.
